URGENT APPEAL: Don’t Let Home Office Deport Criticism!
‘A Bangladeshi dissident who has been instrumental in exposing the injustice, brutality and abuse of the UK government’s unlawful Fast Track and Detention system, is due to be deported tomorrow (Friday).
Neon Nettle has received the following urgent appeal from Movement From Justice, who have been campaigning against routine brutality, psychological torture and sexual abuse in detention centres.
In response to the increasing resistance of immigrants and asylum seekers to a racist, abusive detention regime, the government has cracked down on campaigners including Mohammad Mukther Uddin. – Who now faces removal to somewhere he fears for his life after helping draw attention to the Home Office’s worst abuses.’
